Located in Shizuoka Prefecture, the Eight Sacred Shrines (Hachiman-yashiro) of Nikko are not directly associated with the Shrine name Eight Saka-sa Hachiman (note: I am assuming a typo), however, there is a shrine called Eight Saka Hachiman Taisha in Shizuoka that enshrines Hachiman. The main kami enshrined at this shrine is Hachiman. While not well-known internationally, it has historical significance as the site of the 8th-century Shinto shrine dedicated to Hachiman.

参拝のヒント
For a truly unique experience, visit during the autumn foliage season (Koyo) when the surrounding forest is particularly vibrant. Take the winding path along the old stone road that leads up to the shrine for stunning views of the area.
文化的背景
The shrine's architecture reflects traditional Shinto temple design, with a main hall made from wood and tiled roof. The shrine grounds are surrounded by a sacred forest known as 'Hachiman no Mori' (forest of Hachiman), which is believed to be inhabited by the kami's sacred spirits.
