Iwa no Kami Taisha, located in Kobe's Higashi-ku district, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the wind god Iwa-no-Kami. The shrine is situated on the summit of Mount Maizuru, offering panoramic views of the city. According to legend, the shrine was built by Emperor Nintoku during the late 4th century.
