Pesan Zakai Hachiman-jinja is a Shinto shrine located in the city of Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, on the west coast of Honshu. The shrine is famous for its beautiful garden and traditional architecture, which reflect the Edo period style. According to legend, the shrine was founded during the Kamakura period (1185-1333) by a fisherman named Hachiman who saved a group of fishermen from a storm.
