神明宮 is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami of wisdom and enlightenment, located in the heart of Niigata Prefecture. Built during the Heian period (794-1185 CE), the shrine's architecture reflects the traditional Japanese style, with a large torii gate and a five-story pagoda.
