Riobon Inari Taisha is a Shinto shrine located in the heart of Nagano's city, Niigata-shi, but was originally founded in the town of Riobon, now part of Iwashima-machi, which is within Niigata Prefecture. The shrine is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates leading up the mountain, a unique architectural feature typical to Inari shrines.
