Kasukabe Inari Shrine, located in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture, is dedicated to the Shinto god of fertility and prosperity, Inari Okami. The shrine's name, '山邑神社', roughly translates to 'Mountain Village Shrine'. Founded during the Kamakura period (1185-1333 CE), the shrine has a long history dating back to the 12th century.
