Located in the city of Okayama, Shorinji-dera Temple is not a Shinto shrine; however, there is a Shinto shrine located nearby called Shorinji-dera's Shinto Shrine and also 道通宮 (Ryūkyū-ji) which is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the Ryukyu Kingdom's patron deity. The primary kami enshrined is Ryukyu Hachiman, in addition to other deities.
