Koedo Shrine, located in small-town Odawara, Kamakura Prefecture, was constructed during the late Heian period (11th century) and built by the legendary warrior Minamoto no Yoritomo's mother, Nakako. The shrine is famous for its large wooden torii gate, which can accommodate a dozen cars at once, a testament to its historical significance.
