Located in the city of Sakurako, Chiba Prefecture, Kominaga Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god of agriculture and fertility, Susanoo-no-Mikoto. While its name may suggest otherwise, this shrine does not have direct affiliation with the famous Yatagarasu or Kumano region's kami.

文化的背景
The shrine is famous for its large stone statue of Susanoo-no-Mikoto standing in front of the shrine building. This statue is said to have been donated by a local fisherman who was granted good luck and prosperity after making an offering.

Founded in 1492 by the Kominaga clan
