Located in the city of Kanazawa, Hokuriku region of Ishikawa Prefecture, Ho-ji-hachi no Yama (Eighty-Two Peaks Temple) is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the god Benzaiten, goddess of beauty, music, and poetry. The shrine's architecture reflects its historical ties to the Edo period, with a distinctive tile-roofed hall constructed in 1815. Benzaiten is one of three main kami enshrined at Ho-ji-hachi no Yama: Honiden (sacred mirror), Jishu (warrior god) and Hachiman (god of war).
