Ryūtsu Jinja is a Shinto shrine located in the town of Saitama, Gunma Prefecture, but more information has been found about 率土神社, also known as Ryūtō-jinsha. It is dedicated to the god Ryūtō, who is associated with the origin of the river Tone, which flows through the city of Niigata in the Hokuriku region. The shrine's architecture and art reflect the Heian period (794-1185) style, and its primary enshrined deity is Ryūtō.
