Located in the town of Nakaminato, Ibaraki Prefecture, Orii-jinja Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the deity of fishermen and the sea. The shrine is famous for its beautiful cherry blossoms and traditional architecture. The primary enshrined deity is Amaterasu-omikami, the Sun Goddess, but it also honors the kami of the sea, such as Ryujin.
