Located in the Chiba Prefecture, not Tokyo, Asukaga Shrine is dedicated to the god of war and fertility, Amaterasu Okami's twin sister, Himegimi. When visiting, try to coincide your visit with the autumn foliage season (mid-November to mid-December) for the best views of the shrine grounds and torii gate. Be respectful and remove your shoes before entering the honden.
