Lodging Tax from June 2026

Matsumoto City will introduce a lodging tax for stays starting June 1, 2026. This will be collected separately from the reservation fee, based on accommodation charges: stays under 6,000 yen per person per night are tax-exempt; stays of 6,000 yen or more are taxed 200 yen (rising to 300 yen from June 2029).

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00.

Hotel Parking

Free parking is available for the first 7 cars. If the hotel lot is full, guests will be directed to the municipal parking lot, with parking tickets provided at the front desk.
