Arriving by bus
Since January 4, 2023, the bus lane at the Kasai Rinkai Park parking lot requires a reservation, which can be made from one month before the date of use via the link on the hotel's website.
Beer garden in the courtyard
Held in the hotel courtyard on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from July 24 to August 30, and daily during the Obon period from August 10 to 13. Hours are 17:00-21:00 (L.O. 20:00) with 120-minute all-you-can-drink.

Hotel Seaside Edogawa is a hotel set inside a park of sea and greenery, offering easy access to the Tokyo Sea Life Park (Kasai Rinkai Aquarium), Shin-Kiba and Maihama. Operated by Hotel Okura Enterprise, it offers Western-style and Japanese-style guest rooms (standard and special), a large public bath, the restaurant "Seaside," wedding services, and banquet and meeting rooms (Matsukaze, Hamakaze and Frendy). Seasonal restaurant events are held throughout the year, such as the Tropical Fruit Fair featuring fruit from Tokunoshima, the Kochi Shimanto Fair with fresh bonito and seasonal ingredients from Kochi Prefecture, and a beer garden in the hotel courtyard.
