The annex offers a range of private rooms — Standard (14.5 m², W1200 bed, extra bed available, 12 rooms, separate bath and toilet), Hollywood Twin (14.5 m², two W1100 beds, 20 rooms, unit bath), Deluxe Twin (20.8 m², two W1100 beds, sofa bed available, 6 rooms, separate bath and toilet, air purifier), Family (20.8 m², two W1100 beds plus bunk beds W900×2, 2 rooms, separate bath and toilet, air purifier), Business (14.5 m², W1800 bed, 5 rooms, unit bath, with a desk and chair suitable for remote work) and Ladies' rooms (14.5 m², W1200 bed, extra bed available, 6 rooms, women only, with women's amenities). There are also 20 Ladies' capsule-style units (2 m²), also women only. The first-floor lobby has an automatic check-in machine, and the building also has an ice machine, microwave, coin laundry, smoking room and vending machines. Breakfast is served at the venue attached to the Main Building / Bay Tower from 6:30 to 9:00 (last entry 8:30); times may vary by season, so confirm at check-in.
