Located in the heart of Tokyo, Shitennō-ji Temple's predecessor, Hakone Shrine, is dedicated to the god of Mt. Fuji (Fuji-san). However, a significant shrine named after the famous mountain in Japan is the Hakone Shrine in Fujikyu Hills, located near Mt. Fuji's base. It is not to be confused with Shitennō-ji Temple which lies in Osaka Prefecture. The Hakone Shrine in Tokyo is actually known as and has historical connections, but I could find no other information on a shrine named (白山宮).
