Residence of God is a Shinto shrine located in the Miyagi Prefecture, dedicated to the worship of Susanoo no Mikoto and Otori Okami, two kami who are believed to have played important roles in Japanese mythology. The shrine is famous for its stunning vermilion torii gate, which is one of the largest in Japan.
