天満神社

Shiga

The Tennoji Shrine in Shiga Prefecture is dedicated to the sun goddess Amaterasu and other kami, including the god of agriculture, Ninjō-gami. The shrine was rebuilt after a fire in 1845 by order of the Tokugawa shogunate. Today, it serves as a symbol of the region's rich history and cultural heritage.
