二渡神社

Nishigatsumi Shrine, dedicated to Nishigatsumi Okami, is a Shinto shrine located in the town of Higashimatsushima, Miyagi Prefecture. The shrine is famous for its beautiful gardens and traditional architecture. According to local legend, Nishigatsumi Okami was a kami who protected the town from natural disasters, including tsunamis and floods. The shrine's architecture reflects the Heian period, with a main hall, or hon-do, built in 1334.
