井田八幡神社

Shimane

Located in the town of Izaida, Shimane Prefecture, Iizanata Hachiman-gu is a Shinto shrine dedicated to Hachiman, the god of war and patron deity of samurai. The shrine is built on the site of an ancient ritual area where local people would honor Hachiman before going into battle. The shrine's main hall features traditional Heian-style architecture and is surrounded by a serene garden with a pond.
