若宮八幡神社

Shiga

Located in the town of Nagahama, Shiga Prefecture, Ifuhara-ryū or Omiifuku Shrine is one of the oldest shrines dedicated to Hachiman, a kami associated with war and protection. Its historic roots date back to the Heian period. The shrine complex features traditional Japanese architecture and is surrounded by a scenic forested area.
