Izodoshina is a Shinto shrine located in the town of Matsue, Shimane Prefecture. The shrine enshrines Izumo Okuninushi, a kami associated with fertility and prosperity, as well as various regional deities such as Inari and Uke Mochi. 文化的背景

歴史

The shrine dates back to the Heian period (794-1185 CE) and is believed to have been built by the Emperor Go-Sanjo in 1154 CE.
