Located in the city of Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Eight Horseshoe Shrine (Hachimangu-dera) is one of Japan's most famous Shinto shrines dedicated to the god Hachiman, a kami believed to be the patron deity of warriors and travelers.
