天津神社

Located in the heart of Chiba Prefecture, Tenjin Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the deity Sugawara no Michizane, also known as Tenjin. The shrine's main building was rebuilt in 1934, but its historical roots date back to the Edo period. The shrine complex features beautiful gardens and traditional Japanese architecture.

The shrine was built during the Edo period (1603-1868) to honor Sugawara no Michizane, a legendary scholar and politician who played a significant role in bringing Buddhism from China to Japan.
