諏訪神社

Located in the city of Hitachi-Oda, Shito Shrine is a small but historic Shinto shrine dedicated to Tsukuyomi-no-kami, the moon god. Built in 1898, the current shrine structure is a blend of traditional and modern styles. The shrine's main hall features a unique design with a large roofed torii gate that reflects the changing seasons. Visitors can enjoy beautiful cherry blossom viewing during spring.

歴史

The original shrine was built on this site in 1634, but it was destroyed by fire before being rebuilt in 1898.
