Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu, previously known as 鷲神社, is a Shinto shrine located in the city of Hitachi, Ibaraki Prefecture. Dedicated to the god Hachiman Okami, a kami often associated with military victories and protection, this shrine has a rich history dating back to the 8th century.
