日吉神社

Shiga

Located in the scenic city of Kusatsu, Hikataji Shrine is dedicated to the god of prosperity and good fortune, known as Inari. Dedicated in 1583, it has a long history dating back to the Sengoku period. Visitors can enjoy traditional Japanese architecture, including a wooden torii gate and a large honden building adorned with intricately carved wooden pillars.
