Respectively known as 'Tsukiyomi-no-miya' and 'Fukuoka-jinja', the Shrine of the Rising Sun, located in Fukuoka Prefecture, is one of the oldest Shinto shrines in Japan. Dedicated to Tsukiyomi, the god of the moon, the shrine's architecture reflects its historical significance, with a wooden torii gate from the 17th century and traditional Japanese-style buildings constructed during the Edo period.
