秋葉神社

Ishikawa

Akibayashi Shrine, located in the heart of Kanazawa, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the deities of the changing seasons and the arrival of autumn. Founded during the Edo period (1603-1867), it is believed that the shrine was established at the site where a 9th-century Buddhist priest converted to Shintoism. Today, the shrine is renowned for its beautiful fall foliage and traditional autumnal festivals.
