若宮稲荷大明神

Located in the scenic town of Kakegawa, Ifukuji Shrine is dedicated to the god of rice, sake, and fertility, Sugawara no Michizane. It was originally built in 776 AD during the Nara period but was relocated to its current site in 1673. The shrine features a unique blend of traditional and modern architecture, with a striking vermilion torii gate and a serene garden. Visitors can participate in festivals such as the Hina Matsuri for girls and the Shichi-go-san for children, which are believed to bring good luck and longevity.
