Fuyutsunomiya Shrine, located in the town of Tomokazu in Gunma Prefecture, is dedicated to Futsunomiyatsuhime and other deities believed to protect travelers on the Nikko-Usuki road, an ancient path connecting Nikko with Tokyo. The shrine's main hall dates back to 1655, during the Edo period, while its torii gate was built in 1877.
