茨城県 · 土浦市

Kashiwazaki Jingu Shrine, located in Tsukubamaki, Ibaraki Prefecture, is one of the oldest Shinto shrines in Japan. While not directly related to 鹿島神社, both are dedicated to kami associated with fertility and prosperity. However, 鹿島神社, situated in Tsukuba, Saitama Prefecture, honors Inari Okami, the deity of rice, fertility, and industry. The shrine's architecture reflects a mix of traditional Japanese styles, including the distinctive vermillion torii gate. Visitors can participate in rituals to ensure a bountiful harvest and prosperity for their business endeavors.
