Spring Day Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the sun goddess, Amaterasu, in Yamagata Prefecture. Located on the banks of the Agano River, the shrine is famous for its beautiful gardens and traditional architecture. The shrine's main hall, called the Honden, features a striking example of Japanese architecture from the Kamakura period, with a wooden structure covered in vermilion paper.
