八坂神社

Located in the heart of Chiba Prefecture, Eight-Sacred-Shrine is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the worship of the god of agriculture and fertility, Ninigi no Mikoto, as well as other regional kami. This shrine was originally built in 718 CE and rebuilt several times due to natural disasters. The current structure showcases a unique blend of traditional Japanese architecture with influences from Edo period designs.
