Located in the heart of Hitachi Seaside Park, Dayu Soshoguen is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the deity Tsukuyomi, god of the moon and harvests, as well as the legendary warrior-saint Minamoto no Yoshitsune. The shrine's architecture reflects its history, with a main hall dating back to the Edo period. Visitors can walk through the beautiful gardens and take in the tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by cherry blossom trees and the soothing sounds of nature.

歴史

The shrine was rebuilt after a fire in 1868 during the Meiji Restoration.
