藥師堂, a Shinto shrine located in Niigata Prefecture, is dedicated to the deity of medicine and healing, Fukurokuju. The shrine's history dates back to the Edo period, during which it was known as Tsuruoka-dera. It was later moved to its current location in 1883. The shrine is famous for its beautiful garden, with over 1,000 trees including cherry blossoms, peonies, and maples.
