Okayama

Zaisen-ji Temple, located in Okayama Prefecture, is a renowned Shinto shrine dedicated to the enshrined deity En no Gyōja, and also the god of fortune and prosperity, Benzaiten, as well as the patron kami of merchants. The temple complex features an impressive wooden gate, a large hall with a five-story pagoda, and several smaller shrines. Zaisen-ji is known for its beautiful garden and its connection to the Edo period, during which it was rebuilt in its current form.
