Makoto Inari Shrine, located in Chiba Prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami Makoto Inari. This shrine is one of the many shrines dedicated to Inari Okami, the god of rice and fertility. The current shrine building dates back to 1763, although it is believed that the site has been a sacred place for over 1,000 years. Visitors can see several historic buildings and gardens, including a beautiful five-story pagoda.
