Kamigata Shrine, located in Whitey City, Ishikawa Prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami of the region. The shrine is believed to have been built during the Heian period (794-1185) and has undergone several renovations throughout its history. The current structure dates back to the Edo period (1603-1867). The shrine is famous for its traditional architecture, including a five-story pagoda and a large torii gate.
