飯玉神社

Gunma

Fujiyama Shrine, located in the Gunma prefecture, is a Shinto shrine dedicated to the kami of good harvests and agriculture. Built in 1603, it was originally constructed by the Maeda clan, who were the daimyo (feudal lords) of the region at that time. The shrine's architecture reflects the traditional Japanese style of the Edo period, with a main hall featuring a large wooden roof and sliding doors made from paulownia wood.
