Located in the city of Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture, Ōtaki Shrine is dedicated to Fujin, the Shinto wind god and son of Susanoo, a powerful storm god. The shrine's current main hall dates back to the Heian period (794-1185 CE), while its torii gate was rebuilt in 1902. The shrine complex includes several smaller shrines and structures dedicated to various regional deities known as kamo.
