Ninna-ji Temple, located in Nara Prefecture, is one of the seven ancient temples of Japan that were designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1994. The temple was founded in 757 AD by Prince Nagaya, the son of Emperor Saga. Ninna-ji is renowned for its beautiful gardens and architecture, as well as its historical significance as the site of the 'Chrysanthemum Festival' which celebrates the emperor's birthday. Visitors can explore the temple's main hall, a five-story pagoda, and traditional Japanese gardens.
