Since its founding in the Meiji era, Igaya has been a 100+ year old inn in the heart of Shimodakita, Amakusa. Renowned for its delicious food, comfortable accommodation, and hot spring, Igaya upholds its tradition of using locally sourced ingredients like fresh fish from the nearby sea, Kurogewa beef, and local chickens. The hot spring is sourced directly, adhering to the principles of not boiling, diluting, or circulating it, to preserve its natural qualities.
